On July 2, 2012, I attended a “Painting with a Twist” event for a wedding association with the thinking that I have had all of my life—that I cannot paint or draw, but was going to have fun anyway. I actually veered off from what the teacher was showing us and did my own thing not knowing at that time that I had stepped into another world. That weekend, I was thinking more about it and really enjoyed it. So, off to Michael's I went to buy some paints, brushes, and canvases. Since that time, I have watched hundreds of videos and purchased many books and DVDs to learn as much as I can and also to find my niche. I have always loved art with gorgeous colors—just never dreamed that I would be creating it myself.
