Sir Frank’s Fancy Dog & Sausage Truck is serving up the Fanciest All Beef Franks and Artisan Sausages on the streets of DFW. We’ve partnered with 44 Farms and are bringing you a TRUE 100% Black Angus Beef Frank, that is like no other Hot Dog you have ever tasted. We’re also partnering with Local Butcher Shops for Artisan Sausages and have a Roasted Carrot Veggie Dog that will make any carnivore rethink their next meal. All sauces and creative accoutrements are Truck-made using only the Freshest Ingredients we can source. Sir Frank’s is out to change the perception of what a Hot Dog is all about. Sir Frank’s Fancy Dog & Sausage Truck is owned and operated by Onel and Pam Perez, proprietors of The Guava Tree Food Truck. After 5 years of being in the Food Truck Biz, we finally decided to expand and open up Sir Frank’s Truck. We saw a need for a Gourmet Sausage Truck in our market and decided to fill the void.
