The Guava Tree Truck is a Cuban American Truckstaurant that has been on the road since September of 2012. The Guava Tree Truck is owned and operated by Onel and Pam Perez, who have taken Onel’s Traditional Cuban family recipes and have added a modern food truck twist. Serving Cuban Sandwiches with Guava Mustard, Yucca Fries loaded with Black Beans, Queso Fresco, Fried Onion Strings, Crema and Mojo Sauce, Cuban Donuts (A spin on a Traditional Guava and Cream Cheese Pastelito), Ropa Vieja, Picadillo and many other dishes.
