About Us
The Oaks is a state-of-the-art 14,000 square foot event venue. The Reception Hall with commercial kitchen is 8,000 square feet, and The Meeting Hall is 6,000 square feet. Perfect for Weddings, Corporate Meetings, and Parties.
The Oaks shares 37 acres with MD Resort, which is a ranch-style bed and breakfast and provides lodging for up to 101 guests.
We are located a short 30 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and DFW Airport.

Our facilities are perfect for many types of events. Here are a few examples:
Corporate Events, Family Reunions, Weddings, Church Camps, Scrapbooking and Quilting Retreats, Class Reunions, High School Functions including Proms and Awards Banquets, Holiday Parties, Vacations, Retirement and Birthday Celebrations, Bridal and Baby Showers, Team-Building Events.
Chaps Catering is our in-house catering service under the direction of Chef Linda and is available for all events.
After your day or evening event, guests are welcome to book overnight accommodations, which includes a delicious home-cooked breakfast.
Recreational fun abounds at MD Resort, including a Workout Facility, Swimming Pool with Hot Tub, Volleyball, Basketball, Horseshoes, Billiards, Darts, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Badminton and more! Spa Services available upon request.
